About us

GMT is an accountability community looking to help people live a better and healthier lifestyle. We will be posting meals/nutrition, educational lifts and exercises, as well as daily affirmations and motivations to help people from all walks of life become their best self.

We believe that one of the major keys to success is being in better shape so that you can attack any situation with focus and determination. Whatever dreams and goals you have, we want to hold you accountable so that you can reach and exceed past what you may have even envisioned for yourself. How We Started

GMT was formed by a group of cousins from Texas. Originally we began by just tagging one another on our personal instagram pages to work out and hold each other accountable while being in different cities and states.

Soon, friends began to chime in and join the fun by tagging us, which was completely unsolicited but welcomed. While this was going on we all were getting direct messages from friends saying how inspiring and motivating we were to them by working out and staying consistent.

This lit the fire under us that made us collectively say we should start a workout community to spread our message on a larger scale to help as many people as possible. Now we are aimed at helping anyone and everyone become the best versions of themselves. WE GET OURS!

Marquesse Grayson
Co-Founder / Accountability Coach
Hey everyone! My name is Marqueese Grayson. I grew up playing basketball my whole life as a kid and played overseas briefly but my career was cut short due to an achilles rupture. Even though I played basketball my whole life, I've always felt like my purpose on this planet is to help people. My story is one of redemption, hardwork, toughness, and undeniable posivite thinking. As the “accountability coach” for GMT I plan to use my background in both my degree (MS in General Psychology) and life experiences to motivate and uplift each and everyone in the community to become their best self!
Donald Preston Jr
Co-Founder / Trainer & Exercise Scientist
Whats up people! My name is Donald! I'm a NSAM certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Tapping into my college football and powerlifting background, I'm dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Specializing in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and functional fitness training, I will collaborate with clients to create personalized workout plans tailored to each of their specific needs. My supportive approach and unwavering commitment to excellence will guide you towards success. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hey! My name is Donavis. I’ve struggled with weight loss all my life until 2020 when i had my weight loss surgery; if it wasn’t for the constant support and accountability of my family and friends I wouldn’t have made that choice. This is the culture we want to share with everyone! We want to support you in every way possible to a better healthier lifestyle.
